GARANTIEBEDINGUNGEN<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Zus\u00e4tzlich zu den bereits mit Kauf f\u00fcr den Endkunden bestehenden gesetzlichen Gew\u00e4hrleistungsanspr\u00fcchen geben K\u00fcppersbusch Hausger\u00e4te GmbH (nachfolgend \u201eK\u00fcppersbusch\u201c) und Teka Austria GmbH (nachfolgend \u201eTeka\u201c) selbst dem Endkunden (nachfolgend \u201eKunde\u201c) f\u00fcr die umseitig aufgef\u00fchrten in Deutschland und \u00d6sterreich an den Kunden verkauften und gelieferten Hausger\u00e4te (nachfolgend \u201eGer\u00e4te\u201c) innerhalb eines Zeitraums von f\u00fcnf Jahren ab dem Kaufdatum an den ersten Endkunden (\u201eGarantiefrist\u201c) eine Garantie nach Ma\u00dfgabe der nachfolgenden Garantiebedingungen.<\/p>\n

Davon ausgenommen ist Lagerware, welche \u00e4lter als 3 Jahre ist, sowie Ausstellungsware und gewerblich genutzte Ger\u00e4te. Das gilt entsprechend f\u00fcr eine vergleichbare Nutzung durch z. B. Freiberufler, Organisationen, Beh\u00f6rden. Hier gilt die gesetzliche Gew\u00e4hrleistung von aktuell 24 Monaten.
1. K\u00fcppersbusch und Teka werden einen Mangel, der nachweislich auf einem Konstruktions-, Fabrikations-, Guss-, Material- oder Verarbeitungsfehler beruht, beheben, sofern der Werkskundendienst beauftragt wurde und folgende Kosten umfasst:
\u2022 Materialkosten und Kosten f\u00fcr die Instandsetzung mangelhafter Teile oder den Austausch durch Neuteile;
\u2022 Arbeitslohn f\u00fcr Fehlerbeseitigung;
\u2022 An- und Abfahrtskosten;
\u2022 Transportkosten;
Nach Ablauf des zweiten Jahres der Garantiefrist gilt ein Selbstbehalt des Kunden von 60 Euro pro Service-Einsatz.
Separat anfallende Kosten von Dritten f\u00fcr Fehlersuche, Orientierungsbesuche, Kostenvoranschl\u00e4ge etc. werden nicht erstattet. K\u00fcppersbusch ist berechtigt, anstelle einer Reparatur die Garantieleistung in freier Entscheidung auch in Form eines im Wert vergleichbaren Austausch-Ger\u00e4tes zu erbringen.
2. Der Kunde hat dem Werkskundendienst die Gelegenheit zu geben, innerhalb eines Zeitraums von 14 Tagen vor Ort eine Fehleranalyse am Ger\u00e4t durchzuf\u00fchren. Anspr\u00fcche aus der Garantie k\u00f6nnen anschlie\u00dfend nur bei unverz\u00fcglicher \u00dcbergabe des Ger\u00e4ts an den Werkskundendienst geltend gemacht werden.
3. Die Garantiefrist f\u00fcr von K\u00fcppersbusch oder Teka nachtr\u00e4glich eingebaute Ersatzteile erlischt mit Ablauf der Garantiefrist f\u00fcr das ganze Ger\u00e4t. Die sonstige vertragliche sowie gesetzliche Gew\u00e4hrleistung f\u00fcr ein Ersatzteil wird hierdurch nicht ber\u00fchrt.
4. Die Garantie erstreckt sich nicht auf:
\u2022 Sch\u00e4den durch unsachgem\u00e4\u00dfe Behandlung (z. B. \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfige Beanspruchung, chemische\/elektrochemische Einwirkungen von Wasser, Laugenverschleppungen);
\u2022 Geringf\u00fcgige Fehler, die f\u00fcr die Tauglichkeit im Gebrauch sowie den Wert nicht erheblich sind;
\u2022 Glas, Gummi, Kunststoff, Emaille, Leuchtmittel (einschlie\u00dflich der zu deren Betrieb erforderlichen, technischen Vorrichtungen) und leicht zerbrechliche Materialien;
\u2022 Sch\u00e4den durch \u00e4u\u00dfere Einfl\u00fcsse\/Ereignisse (z. B. Wasserschaden nach Rohrbruch, \u00dcberspannung) und sonstige anormale Umweltbedingungen.
\u2022 Sch\u00e4den durch nat\u00fcrliche Abnutzung, \u00dcberlastung, falsches Zubeh\u00f6r.
\u2022 Sch\u00e4den durch den Einsatz des Herstellers nicht freigegebener Zubeh\u00f6r-\/ Erg\u00e4nzungs-\/ Anbauteile.
\u2022 Einbau-\/Montagefehler (z.B. unzureichende Bel\u00fcftung, abgeknickte Schl\u00e4uche, \u2026)<\/p>\n

Die Garantie entf\u00e4llt vollst\u00e4ndig, wenn auch nur einzelne, in diesen Garantiebedingungen enthaltene Voraussetzungen nicht erf\u00fcllt sind. Die Garantie entf\u00e4llt insbesondere bei Reparaturen und Eingriffen durch nicht vom Werkskundendienst oder einer von K\u00fcppersbusch oder Teka anerkannten Fachwerkstatt, Personen oder Betriebe.<\/p>\n

5. Weitergehende Anspr\u00fcche aufgrund dieser Garantie (z. B. Fremd-\/Folgesch\u00e4den au\u00dferhalb des Ger\u00e4tes, sonstige Begleitsch\u00e4den) sind ausgeschlossen. Die vereinbarten sonstigen vertraglichen oder gesetzlichen Gew\u00e4hrleistungsanspr\u00fcche des Kunden gegen K\u00fcppersbusch bleiben durch die Garantie unber\u00fchrt.
6. Voraussetzung f\u00fcr einen Garantieanspruch ist die Vorlage der Originalrechnung, aus der das Rechnungsdatum und der Fachhandelspartner hervorgehen.

8. Diese Garantie gilt ausschlie\u00dflich f\u00fcr im Gebiet der Bundesrepublik Deutschland oder in \u00d6sterreich gekaufte Ger\u00e4te. F\u00fcr im Ausland gekaufte Ger\u00e4te gelten ausschlie\u00dflich etwaige von der jeweiligen K\u00fcppersbusch Landesgesellschaft oder K\u00fcppersbusch-Vertretung herausgegebene Garantiebedingungen, die dort angefordert werden k\u00f6nnen.
9. Sollte eine Reparatur nicht m\u00f6glich sein und kein Ersatzger\u00e4t zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen, da es eventuell \u00c4nderungen in den Ma\u00dfen oder Ausstattungen gegeben hat, werden K\u00fcppersbusch und Teka das Ger\u00e4t zur\u00fccknehmen und den Zeitwert des Ger\u00e4tes erstatten. Hierbei wird die allgemeing\u00fcltige Laufzeit von 84 Monaten angenommen und der Zeitwert ab Rechnungsdatum monatlich ausgerechnet.<\/p>\n
